Group Rules

The group has rotating leadership, that is, the team members shift to be the leader of the group.

Red Leader
Week 7 - Tomi
Week 9 - Morten
Week 10 - Xiao
Week 11 - Georgi

The group has a rotating secretary, that is, the team members shift to be the secretary of the group.

Green Leader
Week 7 - Morten
Week 9 - Xaio
Week 10 - Georgi
Week 11 - Tomi

The leader is responsible for:
Coordinate the group work and assignment, including sprints and tasks.
Coordinate the master timetable, including the SCRUM backlog board.
Motivate the team members.
Approve finished tasks.
Introduce the weekly demonstration. (The sprint demo)

The secretary is responsible for:
Taking notes of the team meetings, the daily SCRUM.
Publish on the project blog, the assigned task of the daily SCRUM meeting, with deadline, who is responsible, and important notes.

The team member, if they are going to be absent or is late, must inform the team leader and preferable the other team members also.

The team members must exchange personal contact information, e.g. cell phone number, mail, skype IM.

Each project day starts with a team meeting (Daily SCRUM). Here each member informs what they have done, and the task until next meeting is assigned.

Each team member must make a blog post about the work they have done. 

Make one for each assignment/ SCRUM task
Research( include links)
System design (include diagrams)
Implementation (include commands)
Testing (include screenshots)

Each team member is responsible to do his/her task to the best of his/her abilities.

Each team member must check the blog for others work daily.

Each team member must check fronter for updates daily.

Each team member must check their email daily.
